Hi all, its time for another round of speed dating. It is a great way to meet people especially if you are the shy type that does not dare to approach people in big group events (like me!).
Speed dating works by having an equal number of males and females seated opposite each other. The pairs will have 5-8 minutes to interact before the males move onto the next lady.
At the end of the session, each participant will indicate who he/she is interested to meet up again. Results will be tabulated and emailed to attendees a few days later!
There will be 3 sessions that I intend to conduct on Vesak day, being a public holiday!
We will ensure an equal number of guys & girls so actual figures on the day of event might vary. Please state your DOB or age range as we will arrange participants into groups of similar age range. (I'm sure you will want to interact with people that you are interested in!)
Date : 28/05/10 (Friday, Vesak day Public holiday)
Time: 12.00 - 2.30pm (Lunch session)
3.00 - 5.30pm (Hi-tea session)
6.00 - 8.30pm (Dinner session)
Venue: To be disclosed to participants
Cost: $30 to be transferred to POSB savings acct no. 126-67985-8
The cost will be refunded to you after you attend the event. You only need to pay for your own food (which will cost around $20). This is done so as to prevent "no-shows"
