The Five Basic Needs of a Woman/Man
The first basic need of women is Affection. This involves a variety of factors that changes over time. It changes through the seasons of a woman’s life. Security, comfort and approval.
The second is Conversation. God surely has given us the ability to communicate a tad more than He has given men. Although, we have been given this, there are also measures that we should take note of. Women, in general, have a much greater need for communication than men do. Studies show that women loved to talk about the same things a minimum of three times. They talk at a different level than men do. There are five levels of communication, these are: Cliche, Reporting Facts, Ideas and Opinions, Feelings and Emotions and Complete Trust and Truth. An average man would only go as far as Reporting Facts and that’s about it. Giving their ideas and opinion will be the first level they would take and they do it feeling it is a risk. As for women, to go as far as the fifth level is but very ordinary. The husband should take note that it is his responsibility to create the proper environment for conversation.
Women’s third basic need is Honesty and Openness.
It is interesting to note that most wives perceive their husbands as not telling the whole truth. The Bible emphasizes to always speak the truth. Ephesians 4:25 says to put away lying. It is habit forming to lie. It eventually destroys trust and we can track back to the cycle from the times couples are still dating.
The fourth is Financial Support. For obvious reasons, families grow and needs arise.
Women’s fifth basic need is Family Commitment.
A lot of women are often frustrated with the lack of commitment their husbands seem to have for the family. The problem with the silence of men began with Adam. Read Genesis 3:16

Her husband is pleased and proud of her in public, and also in private. (Song of Solomon 1:8-10, 2:2, 6:13, 7:9, I Peter 3:1-5)
5. His need for a life companion. She develops mutual interests with her husband. She discovers those activities her husband enjoys the most and seeks to become proficient in them. If she learns to enjoy them, she joins him in them. If she does not enjoy them, she encourages him to consider others that they can enjoy together. At home watch TV, Go out bring HP.
No money, sell TV. Got money change HP.
Sometimes enjoy TV but most of the time play with HP.
TV free for life but HP, if you don't pay,
the services will be terminated.
TV is big, bulky and most of the time old but HP
is cute, slim, curvy and very portable at any time.

Bukit Puaka (74m) - Best hilltop view in Singapore. Highest point on Ubin where one can survey the landscape all the way to Changi Airport, Pasir Ris, Shenton Way, Johor Bahru, Pulau Tekong and even Bintan on a clear day with the bluish waters of the quarry below.
Breezy Mamam "beach" overlooking Johor
Visit to the house of a villager to see his collection of unusual pets
Chek Jawa Boardwalk with observation tower and "fairy tale" colonial house. Tide at 12 noon is 0.6m so we won't be able to see the place at its best.
Stroll through rustic kampongs, abandoned rubber plantations, seaside, quarries and secondary jungles
Seaview lunch at main Ubin village near jetty
Mode of transport: Walk most of the way (return route by mini-vans optional if anyone is tired). Whole route is about 10km
Some creatures to look out for:
Hornbills, kingfishers, egrets, herons, sea eagles, wild boars, wild jungle fowls (kampong chickens), wild monkeys that are afraid of humans, amongst others. If very, very, very lucky, we may see otters, mousedeer, crocodiles, pangolin (ant-eaters), colugos, pythons, dugongs (sea cows), civet cats and leopard cats (these creatures normally turn up only at night)
Things to bring: Poncho (raincoat) or umbrella, walking shoes, caps/hats, insellect repellent, camera, water (can be purchased on the island), comfortable clothing and of course, money.

MM Lee: On single S'porean women
My daughter is one of them. What can I do?
When she was in her early 30s, I told her, never mind all this.
My wife and I used to tell her, what you want is a M, R, S - Mrs.
She didn't think it was funny. Now, she is 50-plus.
I'm getting old, I've got a pacemaker... We've got this big house, everything is looked after now, but what happens when we are no longer there?
Who's going to run this place? Who's going to make sure that the maids are doing the right thing and so on and so forth?
That's the price she will have to pay...
She says, I'll look after myself, but she has not been looking after herself all these years.
She went abroad for her studies... and her cooking was just to take the salmon and put it in the microwave and eat it up.
You can do it and then go to the canteen, but when you do that day after day...
It's a choice she has made and a choice that 35 per cent of our women are making.
Who am I to complain, except that society lives with the choices it makes?

Hence, numbers play an important part. It's actually a bargain to have a buffet and a pair of well known speakers for a chill-out Sunday afternoon.
I believe their years of experience and content will provide a dynamic session for Christian singles. And since it is a high tea, there will be also be ample opportunity for networking between singles.

With compliments from a church brother who has booked 3 Badminton courts at Republic Polytechnic this Sunday 4-6pm, I will like to invite anyone of you who are keen to join us. If you do not know how to get there, pls meet us 3.30pm sharp at Woodlands MRT control station. If you are late, pls find your own way there. Shuttle cocks will be provided. However, pls bring your own racket and water. If you drive, pls consider picking some of us up at Woodlands MRT and give us a ride to Republic Polytechnic.

at Wesley Hall on 5 Fort Canning Rd Singapore 18 Mar 2009, 7pm to 10pm.
FOC on a first come first serve basis.
Avail to adults 18 yrs and abv.

Do you want to have a day of Fun and Fellowship on Wheels? Are you Game for some Fun and Excitement on Wheels? Come and Enjoy and Relax the Cool Breeze while travelling on Wheels.
We will kick off by having some Games. After which, we will Enjoy and Relax the Cool Breeze while travelling on Wheels. After the Fun and Excitement on Wheels, it is time to satisfy our hunger.
Last but not least, we will enjoy the nice and cool ambience near the Beach while having a drink and a nice chat.
